21/12-11

Yesterday was so much fun, I won three presents in the christmas game. Fun fun, I will show you pictures of what I won later!

I just plugged in some speakers to my computer (better sound!) and I will clean my room now. It's not gonna be easy...I can't use my leg yet, but who dies of jumping around with one crutch? Not me! I'm will have a clean and cozy room this christmas!

Christmas holiday

From today to 11/1 is holiiidaaay for meee! It's a happy day for all of us pupils.

I'm going to my friend Klara tonight, for making gingerbread houses, eating stuff, drinking something we call "julmust" in Sweden (it's like a coke with a christmas flavour) and playing a christmas game where you get presents. (like the best game??)! It's gonna be fun, but I have a headache. I think it's because of all that's happening around me. I think it'll stop hurting later with all the fun stuff!

Hope your day and evening will be great too!

Our christmas tree

This sunday evening I'm studying (Big surprise huh?), writing that gender essay I've been writing for a week now.  I've written six pages so far, and I have 1 ½ assignment left. "Blä" as we say in Swedish, I guess it's like bleh in English, haha!

My mum took in the christmas tree just now. I wanted to help her but as I walk on crutches that's not possible. But she seems happy anyway!
Well, I've been jumping around takin' photos of the wonderful tree. I don't think it's an excuse, being handicapped for not taking photos. What do you think?

Christmas desserts

I'm searching for desserts today. I'm in charge of dessert for Christmas Eve this year, and I want it to be spectacular! I don't want any boring gingerbread cheesecake or mousse. No, it's gonna be something special.

I've been searching on pinterest and foodgawker and I have some possible choices.

Chocolate raspberry pavlova

Chocolate hazelnut mousse (well, I know this is a mousse but it's not only chocolate in it..)

peppermint pie

vegan coconut & vanilla panna cotta

chocolate coffee caramel custard

triple chocolate cheesecake

caramel coffee panna cotta

chocolate mousse cake with creme anglais
