Homemade meringues


Meringues is the perfect candy/cookie/thing to have at home if you'll have guests. It's tasty and SO easy to do. Some say it's difficult to make meringues but I don't think so.

You need:

7 egg whites
2,2 cups sugar

  • Whisk egg whites and sugar in a bowl until the mixture is completely fixed (turn the bowl upside down: the mixture should be stuck in the bottom and not glide down at all). Use two spoons to make little "hills" on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in the oven on (130 degrees celsius) fo 45 minutes.
  • tips: Put some chocolate sauce in the mixture!
