Monday Banana Health Muffins

People have the ability to make it so hard for themselves. I think it's quite easy to find substitute for sweets, you just have to use your brain a little more then usual ;). Things that contain sugar = almost always bad. Things that contain fruit, grains etc = almost always healthy.

So what do you say about this : Monday Banana Health Muffins? From me, to you!

2 eggs
½ banana
1 tbsp honey
0.4 cup milk
1 tbsp yogurt
1,2 oatmeal
0.4 cup rye flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp baking powder

Beat eggs, honey and milk. Add the other ingredients and beat for a while. Put into muffin cups and bake in oven (200 degrees Celcius, 392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10-15 minutes. The muffins won't rise, but they taste gooooood.

The good thing with banana in baking, is that it makes the cake sweet (replacement for sugar!). It may seem weird with turmeric in a cake?? Well, it stops inflammations and it gives a nice yellow color ( and it doesn't taste anything, so use it in everything!)

The cute muffin cups my grandmother gave me last Valentine's day!

P.S. These muffins may not taste as sugary muffins but if you want to lose some weight and still eat cakes - try these NOW!
