My mum and I made Cake pops two days ago. It's kinda a "fashion-cookie" right now, along with macarones and whoopies. So what is cake pops? It's a ball of crumbled cake and cream cheese that you roll into balls and cover with chocolate. You can say it's a cake-lollipop! :)
You need:
A cake, like a sponge cake
Cream cheese
Chocolate
sprinkles
Mix cake and cream cheese and roll into balls. Cover with chocolate, and push on to a lollipop-stick. Place on a dish in the refrigerator and wait 'til they solidfied. Eat and be happy!
