Swedish meatballs

Sorry for not updating at all this last days, I've been away.

Yesterday I did meatballs for lunch. We eat meatballs in two different ways in Sweden. First the classic way with spaghetti and tomato sauce (I always add A LOT of ketchup too haha I'm addicted). We also eat it with boiled potatoes, a brown sauce we call "brunsås" and lingonberry jam. It's a traditional swedish dish and we call it "husmanskost".
There are sooooo many different ways to do meatballs, but this is my way:

700 g minced meat
1 egg
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
½ onion
Soya
Ketchup
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Olja to fry in
Parmesan cheese

Result!

The pictures are mine.
